Custom "Add lead" button and "Client name" field
Vendors have the flexibility to rename core interface elements to better align with their specific business terminology (for example, changing "Add Lead" to "Refer Us").
How to Customize Field Names
To update these labels, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Administrator Panel
- Go to General Settings
- Locate the section titled "New lead settings for partner".
- Enter your preferred text into the relevant fields:
- Name for "Add lead" menu item: Changes the text of the navigation tab
- Name for "Client Name" field: Changes the label of the "Client Name" field across all forms
Configuration Rules
- Default Labels: The system defaults to "Add lead"
- Character Limit: The "Client Name" field allows text up to 20 characters.
- Visibility: Once saved, changes are visible to all users, including Partners and Vendor/Partner Managers, in the "Add Lead" forms

Ensure you have clicked the Save button in the General Settings panel before navigating away.

Remember that the "Client Name" field has a 20-character limit. Longer names may be truncated or rejected.
- Reverting to Default
To return to the original naming convention, simply clear the text in the customization fields and save your settings
