Select Your Hubspot Pipeline (Optional) to fetch the stages from
- Choosing a specific pipeline is optional but recommended for better control:
- If you don't select a pipeline, the integration will use stages from your default HubSpot pipeline
- Selecting a specific pipeline allows you to retrieve its stages and map them precisely to Partnerplace stages
Important: If you click Save after changing pipelines, you will need to remap your stages
- Map your stages: Map the system stages in Partnerplace to the corresponding HubSpot deal stages to ensure consistency in tracking and reporting.
-
-
Reset Existing Deal Stages (Optional)

Click "Reset Existing Deal Stages" to delete existing stage mappings and retrieve the latest stages from HubSpot. Use this feature to ensure your mappings are up-to-date after modifying stages in HubSpot.
You can also enable the option "I want to update deal stages from HubSpot" to allow stage updates to flow from HubSpot to Partnerplace.
-
Partner Settings
Manage your two-way integration with HubSpot. Choose whether you want to map your partners in Partnerplace to contacts or companies in HubSpot. Whenever you add a new company or contact in HubSpot, it will automatically be added to Partnerplace as well.
Mapping Options:
- Contact: Map partners to individual contacts in HubSpot
-
Company: Map partners to companies in HubSpot

- Company-Partner Mapping Table
When "Company" is selected, you can map specific HubSpot Companies to Partners in Partnerplace. The table displays:
- Hubspot Company: The company name from your HubSpot account
- Partner: Select the corresponding partner from your Partnerplace account

Use the dropdown menus to establish these connections. Click "Load more companies" to view additional HubSpot companies available for mapping. These should auto-map if email addresses match on both side - Partnerplace and Hubspot.
- Prospect Blocking Option (Optional)
Enable "Block adding prospects in Partnerplace after they're added in HubSpot" if you want to prevent automatic prospect creation. New prospects from HubSpot won't appear in Partnerplace, but your HubSpot deals will still sync to Partnerplace.

You can also use the "Import partners from Hubspot" button to manually import partners when needed.
- Integrating Existing Leads
To ensure all your current leads are seamlessly synchronized with HubSpot, you can transfer your existing leads in addition to new ones. This process will help maintain consistent data across both platforms and take full advantage of HubSpot's powerful CRM features for all your leads.
- Review Your Existing Leads: Ensure that all the leads you wish to transfer are up-to-date and accurate
- Map Your Stages: Make sure you have mapped the stages of your leads in our application to the corresponding stages in HubSpot
