Plan selection


As your 30-day unlimited trial with Partnerplace comes to an end, it's time to choose the plan that best fits your needs. This guide will walk you through the process of selecting a plan, both before and after your trial period ends.

Selecting a Plan Before Trial Ends

We recommend choosing your plan before your trial period expires to ensure uninterrupted access to Partnerplace.

  1. Log in to your Partnerplace account.
  2. Navigate to the "Plan Management" section in your general settings.
  3. Click on Plan Management button to open the plan configurator

  4. Enter the needed number of partners and select modules that you need to see best fit for you.
  5. *Click on each of the alternative plans to view detailed features and pricing.
  6. Select the plan that best suits your needs by clicking "Choose Plan".
  7. If selecting a paid plan, you'll be directed to the Stripe payment page to enter your billing information.
  8. Confirm your selection and complete the payment process if applicable.

Selecting a Plan After Trial Ends

If you haven't selected a plan by the end of your trial, your account will be frozen. Here's how to reactivate it:

  1. Log in to your frozen Partnerplace account.
  2. You'll see a notification that your account is frozen and options to choose a plan.
  3. Review the available plans as described above.
  4. Select your desired plan by clicking "Choose Plan".
  5. For paid plans, complete the payment process.
  6. Your account will be immediately reactivated with the features of your chosen plan.

Changing Your Plan

You can upgrade, downgrade, or change your plan at any time:

  1. Go to the "Plan Management" section in your account settings.
  2. Click on "Change Plan" or "Manage Your Billing".
  3. Select your new desired plan and follow the prompts to confirm the change.

Important Notes

  • If you don't select a plan after the trial, your account will be frozen but your data will be preserved for a limited time.
  • You can reactivate a frozen account at any time by selecting a plan.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly and can be cancelled.
  • The number of partners and included add-on module credits varies by plan.
  • Invoicing is provided through Stripe - if you need custom invoices or manual payments, make sure to reach out to us!
